Reservation and Payment Policy

Reservations:

Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability. For reservations made less than 72 hours in advance, it is recommended to consult directly with an executive.

Payments:

Payments must be made at the time of confirming the reservation, either through PayPal, credit card, or debit.

Modifications and Cancellations

Notification:

Changes or cancellations must be notified at least 72 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.

Cancellation due to Weather Conditions:

If the tour must be canceled due to weather conditions before it begins, a full refund will be processed.

No Show:

If the passenger does not appear at the confirmed time and place, it will be considered a "no show" and no refund will be provided.

Transport Policies

Shared Tours:

Transportation service is limited to a 1Km radius around the center of San Pedro de Atacama.

Private Tours:

These restrictions do not apply. Transportation is tailored to the needs of the group.

Seat Belt Use:
